What do you like best? I get an enormous amount of junk mail.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This product has allowed us to put together a solution that is comparable to the experiences that users have with Google Apps or Office 365 and yet have a cost per mailbox that is less than what each of those platforms cost today. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend it, however make sure that you don't need to integrate another antivirus product into your gateway product or look at forums for ways to get around the 3rd party antivirus integration issues. Price is always a concern for a small business. What do you dislike? There is nothing at this time the I find in this product. Couple that with the great user interface for each user that is linked directly to their back end email account, our users can use one login to manage both email and their spam gateway. We like to use open source products as much as possible, but a mail gateway product that really works is hard to find. We are a small service provider who hosts are number of email domains for our clients. What do you like best? SecurityGateway is a great product for multiple domains. We also have great reporting on hand to analyse and monitor mail activity. The AntiSpam features has also drastically reduced Spam and with additional Administrator options enable you too perfect the spam detecting rules. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since we started using Security Gateway, we have not had any viruses reach any of our end users. The Combination of the Mdaemon Mail Server and the Security Gateway is really all you need. Recommendations to others considering the product? It is really work while spending some time installing and evaluating Security Gateway for your email services. What do you dislike? Some of the more advanced features is a bit more difficult to understand and configure but luckily Google and customers support is always close at hand. The daily email reports and more advanced GUI reports available really help you access what is happening on the mail platform. What do you like best? Security Gateway is surprisingly easy to setup and configure but offer some of the latest and best security features compared to some of the most expensive Mail/Security platforms.
